Premium Account

The Premium Account offers advanced features and functionalities, enhancing your user experience:

Priority listing of your games in search results.

Create private games for friends or by invitation.

Disable visibility of paid games in search results.

Exclusive gold badge highlighting your profile.

Access to detailed statistics about players, game masters, popular RPG systems, and paid masters.

By subscribing to the Premium Account, you consent to recurring billing, and agree to our additional terms

regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Premium Account Subscription

Here are the additional terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.:

Payments: Your subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

If we are unable to process payment from the designated account, your subscription may be suspended

or cancelled.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will

take effect at the end of the current billing period, allowing you to continue using the

Premium Account until then.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any subscriptions unless required by law.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any remaining portion of the term;

however, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

While we do not anticipate frequent changes, we reserve the right to modify the number of premium features and

the pricing of the Premium Account at any time. Any significant changes will be announced in advance.

These terms ensure transparency in our billing process and help you manage your Premium Account with us

effectively.

User Content

You may be able to create, upload, publish, display, or share ("Post") content such as text, photos, and other

media on the Service ("User Content").

You understand and acknowledge that User Content may be publicly available and you are solely responsible for

its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

We strictly prohibit the posting or sharing of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, which includes any explicit

sexual material, nudity, extreme violence, or graphic imagery.

Right to Remove Content and Accounts

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and ban any user account that we determine, at our sole

discretion, to be illegal, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, without any prior notice to

the user.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use TimeToQuest.

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and/or report such activities to the appropriate authorities if we

discover users are under 18.

Commercial Activity and Advertising

Users are strictly prohibited from using the TimeToQuest platform to advertise commercial services, products,

websites, brands, or any other entities.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Spam Policy

Spamming in any form, including but not limited to sending unsolicited messages, links, or content to other

users, is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found engaging in spamming activities will be terminated immediately.

Harassment and Bullying

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our users.

Harassment, bullying, stalking, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited within the app.

Any accounts found engaging in such activities will be terminated, and the activities may be reported to the

appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the TimeToQuest team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or

indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

the use or inability to use the Service;

any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information or other information

stored therein;

any User Content posted by you or other users of the Service.

Not Responsible for User Content

We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of

any User Content or communications posted via the Service.

You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to User Content that might be offensive, harmful,

inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate.

We are not responsible for User Content created or uploaded by you or other users of the Service.
